Store Policies

Shipping:

Premade items will be packaged and shipped within a week of the order being placed, meaning 5-7 business days. Custom orders may need up to 4 days for processing before being shipped out. Each order will ship with a tracking number that will be sent when the package us in the mail. If faster shipping times are necessary, please contact me before you purchase the items to make sure this is doable. If you do not contact me for, please expect the shipping times started able unless otherwise stated.

Refunds:

Dragon Dandy does not give refunds at this time. If there is a problem with your order or you are for any reason dissatisfied, please contact me. I work hard on my customer service and will try to work something out.

Returns / Exchanges:

Returned and exchanges are currently not accepted, especially for custom items. All items are final sale. There will be opportunities before the item is shipped to make sure you are happy with it first. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, please contact me. I work hard on my c customer service and will try to work something out.

Lost / Undelivered Packages

Dragon Dandy is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. If such a thing pictures, please contact the USPS with the tracking number provided to see if they can locate your package. If they are unable to help, feel free to contact me.
